Privacy notice

This catalogue can be viewed without an account. It does not take payments or store enquiry-form submissions in a website database.

Enquiries

Information you type into the enquiry form is used in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp or email draft. Clicking an action opens the selected service; you decide whether to send the message. When you send it, that service and Modesta Livings receive the information under their own handling arrangements.

External links

WhatsApp, Google Maps, telephone and email links open external services or applications. Their privacy practices apply after you leave this website. The home and contact pages include an embedded Google Map. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive technical request data and use cookies according to its privacy practices. See Google’s privacy policy.

Saved designs and enquiry cart

Your wishlist and enquiry cart are saved in this browser on this device. They are not an account and do not sync across devices. You can remove individual designs or clear your browser’s site storage. If browser storage is unavailable, selections last for the current page only. Product searches run against the catalogue; we do not add them to an analytics service.

Technical information

We have not added analytics or advertising trackers. Embedded Google Maps is a third-party service and may use cookies. The hosting provider may process routine technical request logs. Browser history can retain catalogue search terms and visited pages.
